I'm Pastor Samuel, and I'm excited to return to Uganda for my third mission trip!

COP Global - Uganda 2026 Mission Trip

May 15 – May 29, 2026

Center of Praise Global is excited to return to Uganda for a two-week mission outreach from May 15 to May 29, 2025. This trip will focus on ministry, discipleship, and educational outreach in partnership with Toggo Schools in the Gomba, Mityana District.

This mission is an opportunity to serve alongside local leaders, encourage students and teachers, support ongoing school and building projects, and strengthen the work God is doing through faith and education in underserved communities. Team members will participate in ministry to children and families, Vacation Bible School activities, leadership encouragement, and community outreach.

 What We’ll Be Doing?

  • Ministry and discipleship with children and youth

  • Support for Toggo Schools and classroom initiatives

  • Community outreach and encouragement

  • Partnership with local pastors and leaders

  • On-site support for ongoing building projects

  • Four short years ago, a vision was conceived—not on paper, but on the ground.

When we first visited Gomba, Mityana District, we saw children eager to learn in temporary, unsafe structures. Classrooms were weather-worn, overcrowded, and inadequate for the growing number of students. Yet what stood out most was not the condition of the buildings, but the faith, resilience, and hope of the children, teachers, and community.

Moved by compassion and led by faith, we stepped out believing God was calling us to do more than visit—to build.

A Step of Faith, A Visible Testimony

Through prayer, partnership, and sacrificial giving, God made a way. Funds were raised, plans were drawn, and construction began. By His grace, we completed our first permanent school building and put it to use immediately.

That building quickly became more than a classroom. It became:

    • A safe, dignified learning environment for children

    • A gathering space for community events

    • A host site for men’s and women’s conferences

    • A base for a medical outreach clinic

    • A multipurpose room used daily during mission trips for teaching, prayer, and ministry

  • Today, we are halfway through the construction of our second building, which will add multiple classrooms and expand our ability to serve students and the broader community. Completing this building is critical—not only to meet current educational needs, but to sustain the growing ministry that now surrounds the school.

    Permanent classrooms mean:

    • More children are educated in safe conditions

    • Greater capacity for discipleship and leadership development

    • Space to host conferences, clinics, and community outreach year-round

    • A lasting foundation that serves both education and ministry.
