Hi! My name is Connor Davis, and I'm a 20-year-old missionary from Hanford, California. I was sent by Mountain View Church in Fresno, where I served in Production, Youth, and Missions.

My Story

A few years ago, Jesus completely changed my life through a powerful encounter with Him. From that moment on, I knew He was calling me to live for something greater than myself. Soon after, God opened the door for me to serve on a mission trip to an orphanage in Thailand, and it was there that He transformed my heart for the Thai people.

Since that first trip, God has continued to confirm His calling on my life, bringing me back to Thailand three different times. Today, I have the privilege of serving here long-term with YWAM & Abundant Life Foundation, studying the Thai language, building relationships within the community, and sharing the hope of the Gospel. My prayer is to see lives transformed by Jesus and to help make disciples who will reach their own communities with His love.

My Role with Abundant Life + YWAM

 God has given me the incredible opportunity to serve in Thailand alongside a ministry that cares for children rescued from the red-light district and children who have been affected by HIV. Our heart is to share the love of Jesus by creating a safe, loving environment where these kids can be mentored, encouraged, and shown their identity and value in Christ. We also help foster these children into loving families, giving them the opportunity to experience stability, care, and hope for their future.

In addition to serving these children, we are partnering with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) to help build a ministry base that will continue creating lasting change in the community. This base will be a place where missionaries and volunteers can come serve, where local youth can be discipled and mentored, and where children can receive practical training and opportunities that help prepare them for future jobs and independence.

I truly believe God is moving powerfully in Thailand, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be part of what He is doing.
