Please join us in praying for four very special Grace Family Love residents: May, Rhonda, Rose, and Samantha - as they prepare to take an exciting next step toward independence. We are so proud of each of these young women and all that God has brought them through. As they step into new seasons, please pray that they would move forward with courage, boldness, wisdom, confidence, and joy, knowing that they are deeply loved and never walking alone.

May — Preparing for Dorm Life at Fresno State

Please pray for May as she prepares to begin this new chapter at Fresno State and experience dorm life.

  • Pray for courage and confidence as she enters a new environment and meets new people.
  • Pray that she would boldly step outside of her comfort zone and embrace new opportunities.
  • Pray for wisdom and discernment as she makes decisions and navigates college life.
  • Pray that she would find good, supportive friendships and community.
  • Pray that May would experience joy and excitement as she recognizes how far she has come and looks forward to all God has ahead for her.

Rhonda — Preparing for Dorm Life at Fresno State

Please pray for Rhonda as she takes this courageous step toward independence and begins her journey at Fresno State.

  • Pray for boldness and perseverance when things feel unfamiliar or challenging.
  • Pray that she would believe in herself and recognize the strength and growth God has developed within her.
  • Pray for peace when she feels overwhelmed and confidence when she faces something new.
  • Pray for friendships that encourage, support, and bring out the very best in her.
  • Pray that Rhonda would embrace this season with joy, hope, and anticipation, trusting that she is capable of more than she may realize.

Rose — Moving Into Her Very First Apartment

Please pray for Rose as she prepares to move into her very first apartment and experience this exciting milestone.

  • Pray for courage as she takes on new responsibilities and learns what independent living looks like.
  • Pray for wisdom as she manages her home, finances, schedule, and everyday decisions.
  • Pray that she would have the boldness to ask for help when she needs it while continuing to grow in confidence and independence.
  • Pray for peace, safety, and stability in her new home.
  • Pray that Rose would feel deep joy and pride as she looks around her very first home and realizes just how far she has come.

Samantha — Moving Into Her Very First Apartment

Please pray for Samantha as she prepares to step into her first apartment and this beautiful new season of independence.

  • Pray for courage to embrace change and boldness to pursue the dreams and goals God has placed in her heart.
  • Pray for wisdom and maturity as she takes on new responsibilities.
  • Pray that she would know when to stand strong on her own and when to reach out for support.
  • Pray for a home filled with peace, safety, laughter, and joy.
  • Pray that Samantha would move forward with confidence, knowing that this next chapter is not the end of her story, but the beginning of something new and exciting.

And for all four girls...

Please pray that May, Rhonda, Rose, and Samantha would never forget how loved they are. As they leave the familiar and step into the unknown, may they carry with them the lessons, encouragement, relationships, and love they have received along the way.

May they walk forward boldly, knowing they are capable. May they face each new challenge with courage. May they find joy in the little things, strength when life feels difficult, and confidence in the women they are becoming. And may they always know that they have a family cheering them on and praying for them every step of the way.

Lord, guide each of these young women as they step into this new season. Give them courage when they are afraid, boldness when they need to advocate for themselves, wisdom in every decision, and joy as they experience the freedom and responsibility of independence. Remind them that they are never alone and that You are walking with them every step of the way. Amen.
