Support Gathering Table in Old Town Clovis by blessing the shop volunteers!

 

Did you know that Gathering Table has a year-round spot at a cute, local shop in Old Town Clovis called the Collective 103? 

That's right! Gathering Table sells hand-made Spoon Rings and Local Raw Honey at this shop as a way of supporting the ministry. It is also a great opportunity to invite the community to upcoming Pop-Up Dinners.

We are raising funds to bless our volunteers who help out at the shop every Friday from 11am-5pm.

The Collective 103 is a community of 9 vendors, each selling their own local products. It is located at 453 Pollasky Ave #103, Clovis, and is open 7 days a week from 11am-5pm and during most Old Town Clovis evening events. Each vendor at the shop is required to take one day of the week to run the shop. Gathering Table's day is Fridays.

Since September 2024 when Gathering Table first got the spot, we have seen an average of $200 per month (gross sales after fees for the spot) in Spoon Ring and Honey sales that has gone directly toward the ministry. Our goal is that the shop will fully fund the ministry's Pop-Up Dinners in the near future. We have also seen a number of people from the community sign-up for coming to the dinners. It is a win-win!

This campaign of $600 would go toward giving $25 in Clovis Bucks each Friday for the person covering the shop on behalf of Gathering Table, to be used for food or drink while working the shop. Their is no compensation for our volunteers working on Fridays, they run the shop for free.

We feel it is a well-worth investment of $25 in Clovis Bucks each Friday to bless our volunteers, as a way to communicate that they are valued and to make it more enjoyable for them while they give of their time.
